This speaker works if plugged into a hard wired system. The measurements when placed in the wall are 6.5 x 10. Would be a fantastic piece of decor as prop in 60s or 70s set. This speaker is the real deal.
It is one a few speakers that I am taking down in my family home to modernize. It was truly state of the art for its time.
